Editor's Note
The Poetry Distillery is an online poetry journal representing the community that birthed it—the Poetry Barn—a community that takes inquiry, nature, wonder, and contemplation as touchstones for inspiration. We are delighted to offer this publication whose mission is two-fold:
To highlight the exceptional work generated through the Poetry Barn;
To be among the first to publish emerging poets honing their craft in the Poetry Barn.
We seek to publish a diverse sampling of the strongest, most exciting work in our community, and work with our authors to distill their poems to perfection as an extension of the workshop process. We hope you enjoy the poems.
